WarmLaunch offers a subscription-based service. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate accessibility of our AI tools, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated or a one-time purchase has been completed.
However, we may consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances:
- /Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve.
- /Billing errors where you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge in question. Include your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
